  3. Low light handheld shots
  4. Get to know about your camera and its ability
  5. Understand the limitations of the Point and Shoot camera

After a short gap, today i got a chance to go for the early morning photoshoot along with the members of CPC. Though i have been longing of doing this everyweek, late night sleeps on fridays and saturday kept me away from getting up in the morning for a sunrise shoot.

However when CPC was creating such an oppurtunity, there was no thinking of missing it. Even though saturday was harsh on me,i managed to get up early at 3.30 (wow !!) today.

Without any expectataion on how the morning would be,i started off in my bike enjoying the wonderful fresh air in the morning. The meeting point was just before the toll plaza. Close to 20 people made up for the meet. Prabakar sir and Kaustub guided us to a place from where sun rise was brilliant. As enthusiastic photo people, we geared up with up instruments in capturing the radiance of the sun illuminating the world.

While Prabakar sir,Kaustub and Kaushik were helping out fellow people in taking good pictures, they also shared their brilliant photos on the spot encouraging us to take photos similar to that. Soon after spending some quality time over there, we moved over to another spot- a pond near a temple on the sides of the east coast road. We did not leave every leaf unturned until the temple authorities showed us the way out.

As we gained some illumination on silhouette, we though of having something to illumine our stomach. As another name of our club states, we all had pongal vada. Believe me everyone except one ( ??) had pongal vada.

After breakfast, while returning we went to another spot full of lotuses. The sun was very harsh and we started to feel inconvenient. Before much delay we all dispersed with a satisfaction that we had got a new experience. The return journey was not as smooth as the onward journey (both in terms of traffic as well as sunlight). However i am happy for today.

Thanks CPC and Kaushik for organzing this shoot.
