Choosing the Logo for the club will be by voting by members. There will be a weighted evaluation that will be taken into consideration
The rules for voting and selection
- Each respondent shall vote for 3 choices (each choice shall be unique)

- A weighted selection will be done using the score of 10 for the 1st choice , 7.5 for the second choice and 5 for the 3rd choice

- To explain point 4 with an example say LOGO number 15 has been voted the 1st choice by 15 members, 2nd choice by 30 members and 3rd choice by 50 members the total score will be = (15X10) + (30X7.5) + (50X5) (well i am weak in maths too..).

- The logo with the highest weighted total score wins the contest

- For the purpose of neutrality the name of contributor for each of the logos will be revealed only after the voting

- The participants may publicize by all means the contest itself but are refrained from influencing the decision of the votes by any means.

- This is a public event and anybody can vote for the LOGO. Your colleagues, family members , relatives, friends, passerbys or just about anyone can vote. So take all your efforts to circulate the link

- The winning LOGO must accumulate at least 1000 points to qualify. In case it does not qualify this criteria then a re-vote will be held
